Hi friends,
Today, we’re going back in time a bit and sharing how to DIY Pac-Man & Game Pellets. We celebrated a family birthday recently, and Pac-Man was front and center. It was such an easy craft, we had to share it with you. Another option would be gluing them to a solid gift bag for some ’80s gifting fun. And what about those cute ghosts Pac-Man avoids? No worries, we’ve got you covered. Check it out below.

Pac-Man
Option 1: Upright Pac-Man
Center your ruler over the plate and mark a vertical, 4-inch line with your pencil.
Create a second line, horizontal from the first one, and cut out the wedge.
Stack the two yellow plates, trace where the wedge was cut, and cut out the wedge from the second plate.
Flip one Pac-Man over, add hot glue to the back, and carefully place the second Pac-Man over, aligning the wedge cutouts.
5. Test your stone before gluing it. Make sure the bottom is flat, will fit snuggly between the two plates, and will stand up.
6. Add plenty of hot glue between to the bottom of the two plates and carefully place your stone there.
7. Stand up your Pac-Man.
Option 2: Framed Pac-Man
Cut off the edge from 1 yellow plate, leaving just the center flat circle.
Repeat steps 1-3 above
Glue or tape to the inside of an 8 x 10 frame.
Display your Pac-Man!
GAME PELLETS
Cut out the center part of the plate.
Use part of the cut edge to make the stand.
optional: You can use a stone instead and glue the pellet to it.
Trim the stand down to about 3 inches at the widest part, then round out the side edge, and prop it up to see if it works.
Add hot glue to the outer side of the stand and glue it to the pellet. Make sure the edges line up.
Display your game pellet.
That’s it!
Option 2: Framed Game Pellets
Cut off the edges from 3 white plates.
Glue or tape to the inside of 5 x 7 frames.
Display your game pellets!
NOTE: For our celebration, we cut out a few single-sided Pac-Mans, pellets, ghosts, and fruit, and placed them around the area. We then made this double-sided Pac-Man for the table. It was super inexpensive and made the birthday guy really happy. = )
Happy crafting!
