Hi friends,
Mother’s Day is near so we have cute flowers with words/phrases of praise, for the moms in your life. Make them in advance and then have your littles fill in the words, phrases, or drawings for you(when you’re not around) and the other moms; like grandmas, aunts, friends, & their teachers! Check out our petal praise flowers below and a few gift ideas.

What You'll Need
Construction Paper in desired colors + Yellow for the center
Large Jar/Mug
Pencil
Pens
Scissors
Glue
The Steps
CENTER & PETALS
If you’re making multiple flowers, fold the yellow paper in fourths and trace the jar/mug.
Cut out the circles from the yellow paper.
Use one edge of the colored sheet you have (yellow scraps or a new paper), and create a rounded or triangle-shaped petal.
Cut the petal/s out.
FLOWER
Center your yellow circle on the colored paper and glue it down. Repeat if making more than one.
Trace 4 large petals and 4 small petals (lower the petal about halfway, trace only the top part, and then draw the sides).
Cut out the flower and use it to trace consecutive flowers on the other sheets.
WORDS OF PRAISE
Write HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY! on the center of the flower and the mom/teacher’s name as well.
Add the words/phrases of praise on each petal or have your children write them.
Your child can sign the back and date it.
