Blooming Humpty Dumpty

Hi friends,

Today we have adorable Humpty Dumpty eggs in our own version of the character. They’re not sitting on walls, but out in garden settings. And they’re not recovering from a fall, but bursting open with blooms! Check out our easy-to-make blooming Humpty Dumpty eggs below.

What You'll Need

The Steps

HUMPTY DUMPTY

  1. Fold and cut your paper in half.

  2. With the markers color an outfit on the lower half of the egg.

  3. Color the face and hair on the top half of the egg and set aside.

GARDEN

  1. Turn your paper vertically and color a garden setting. Naomi drew a picket fence, flowers, and grass. I drew floral vines, grass, and flowers.

  2. Draw clouds, a sun, and birds if you’d like.

HUMPTY DUMPTY

4. Glue Humpty’s top and bottom pieces near the bottom of the page, then draw arms & legs.

We picked flowers from one of our flowering trees.

5. Lastly spread open the egg just enough to place flowers inside.

That’s it!

Happy crafting!
