It’s that time of year again, schools will be out soon and summer break will begin. Some will celebrate a cute, kinder graduate just starting their school career. Others will close that chapter of their child’s education and congratulate their grown-up graduate. Check out all the details below for your customized grad poster below.

What You'll Need

  1. Poster Board

The Steps

  1. Decide which color you’d like to use for the bulk of the wording.

  2. Reserve your grad’s school/gown color for painting “GRAD” and later on the *cap, if you choose to use it.

  3. Choose HE’S, SHE’S, or THEY’RE and paint.

*Add your grad’s graduation year if you’d like.

4. Paint “RAD” in any color or color combo of your choosing.

5. Paint your graphics of choice.

6. Once your wording is dry, cut AROUND the words NOT the individual letters, and then the graphics.

7. Arrange your words and graphics, then glue them down.

That’s it!!

Display your poster for your grad and/or embarrass your grad at their ceremony = )

We’ve had the joy of celebrating a few kinder grads over the years and this year we get to celebrate our first senior grad!

Here he is at his kinder grad on June 3, 2009. This little guy grew up, outgrew his parents, and will graduate H.S. 12 years later, this Thursday.

I’m fine, my eyes have just been sweating lately. lol.

CONGRATULATIONS little and big graduates!

Happy crafting and HUGS to all of you parents.
