Hi Friends,
This week, we made our friendly caterpillars with long bodies wrapped around the back.
We used different colors and sizes, but yours can be any size or color. You can even use leftover mismatched liners for a silly, colorful caterpillar, or any paper you have. Check them out below.

PREP
Color grass onto the lower edge of the horizontal paper. If you have scrap paper, place it under your paper to avoid coloring on the table.
Flatten 8-10 cupcake liners depending on the size/amount you’d like to use. You may also use colored paper cut into circles.
Glue the larger liner or the head to the far left of the paper, followed by a few liners stacked upward, followed by descending liners. Then the last liner wraps onto the back.
FACE & DETAILS
Use the white and black pencils to draw the eyes, eyebrows, a smile, and the antennae.
Add legs to each section of the body and a sun.
Continue adding legs to the rest of the body on the back, and then fill in the grass in between the sections and at the end.
That’s it!
Happy crafting,
and happy back-to-school, friends.
