Hi friends,
Today, we’re sharing our beautiful Icy Butterflies with blues, neutrals, and pom pom shreds for an icy look.

What You'll Need
Construction Paper: Dark Blue, Light Blue, White, Grey (makes 2)
Scissors
Pencil
Glue
White Pom Poms
The Steps
We want to see your craft! Click PHOTO SUBMISSION, then submit the photo.
PREP
Choose a base color, fold the paper in half, and draw your butterfly.
Cut out the butterfly. *If you’re making more than one, trace the butterfly onto another folded paper.
*Use the other colors to create the body of the butterfly and glue it on.
*Save the scraps for the wings.
WINGS
Use the scraps and about half of the other papers to cut out triangles in small to medium sizes.
Start gluing the triangles onto the wings, leaving small gaps between the colors and around the edge.
ICE
Cut one pom pom and separate the pieces.
Add plenty of glue to the edge of the butterfly, then press thin pieces of the pom pom all around.
Let everything dry for about 10 -15 minutes.
