PREP

  1. Choose a base color, fold the paper in half, and draw your butterfly.

  2. Cut out the butterfly. *If you’re making more than one, trace the butterfly onto another folded paper.

  3. *Use the other colors to create the body of the butterfly and glue it on.

*Save the scraps for the wings.

WINGS

  1. Use the scraps and about half of the other papers to cut out triangles in small to medium sizes.

  2. Start gluing the triangles onto the wings, leaving small gaps between the colors and around the edge.

ICE

  1. Cut one pom pom and separate the pieces.

  2. Add plenty of glue to the edge of the butterfly, then press thin pieces of the pom pom all around.

  3. Let everything dry for about 10 -15 minutes.

That’s it!

Happy crafting,

Amanda and Naomi
