Hi friends,
We’re sharing our adorable spotted Black Bean Cow in a flowered pasture.
Our cow is inspired by the black bean burgers I’ve enjoyed and the humorous twist on where they come from. Check it out below.

PREP
If you haven’t split your paper in half yet, turn it horizontally, fold it in half, and then cut it into two sections. You’ll only need one.
Face your half sheet horizontally and draw a large, rounded rectangle.
FACE & BODY
Draw a wide oval as the face, slightly overlapping the body. Add the ears, eyes, (snout)nose, and mouth.
Draw large spots, legs, and feet.
COLOR AND GLUE
Color the inner ears, eyes, and nose, and trace everything with a black pencil.
Add glue to the spotted area and fill in with black bean halves or other items (different bean, black rice, quinoa).
While the beans dry, add grass and flowers. Optional: Cow bell, sun, clouds, birds, trees.
That’s it!
Happy crafting
