TURKEYS Made With Packing Paper

Hi Friends,

We’re sharing these adorable scrappy Turkeys Made With Packing Paper, salvaged from previous deliveries.

We love recycling our trash for crafts and had the idea of making cute turkeys with the paper we find inside delivered packages. If you don’t have any, a roll of kraft paper will work just as well. Check it out below.

PREP

  1. Turn your paper vertically, then tear the packing paper, scrunch it up a bit, and glue it to your paper in a fanned-out shape.

  2. Allow your feathers to dry for about five minutes, and then add paint to each one with different stripes. The paint does not have to be perfect.

  3. Use a larger amount of paper, gather it into a dome/circle shape, and then glue it over the feathers.

FEET & FACE

  1. Tear smaller sections of paper and then create three toes.

  2. Glue the legs and feet right under the body.

  3. Paint the feet and the face.

4. Let the turkeys dry for about 10 minutes.

That’s it!

Happy crafting,

Amanda and Naomi
